Aquarius Grand Hotel - Hanoi

The make-your-own pancake machine was an awesome breakfast highlight! The location is prime, just a hop away from street food havens like Cafe Giang and Red Bean Restaurant. Plus, the rooms are clean and spacious.

No windows in our room was a bit of a downer-a touch bleak if you're staying long.

The breakfast offered a wide range of local meals.

Had a really amazing stay during our trip. The room was kept very clean and available with a huge double bed, window to exterior, as example. The hotel was very close to a central area in the old quarter of Ha Noi, Sapa and Halong bay and Hanoi's Old Quarter thanks to its marvellous and unbeatable location. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Hoan Kiem district.

Clean room, friendly staff, complemented by excellent breakfast options and a central location just 2 km from major attractions, making it easy to explore the city.

It's a truly exceptional brand-new hotel with particularly good location in Hoan Kiem district just off many cafes, shops and restaurants. Nothing to complain about, we would happily go back again...

The food offer is great.

The room featured a separated shower, which was a nice touch, and the staff even prepared breakfast packages for our early departure, showing their attentiveness.

The room was clean and spacious with three beds. Super helpful and friendly!

Clean room, In a good location. Huge bed and good wifi in the room. Also the bathroom was clean and modern. We paid 29 dollar a night.

No hot water the second morning. When we wanted to go to sleep and turned out the light it kept on flashing. We had to turn all the electrics off to stop it. Wich wasnt easy because the thing where you put the key in was stuck. Breakfast was a bit poor. Also the toilet wasn't flushing.

Very big bed. Well-kept bathroom. Friendly staff, but normal in Vietnam.

The room had no window to the outside.

Hotel service was great, remembering our needs promptly.

I faced several issues . The air conditioning was cold and unmanageable. The Wi-Fi connection was a nightmare. It barely worked, and despite multiple requests for help, nothing improved. It was frustrating that I had to deal with these basic amenities during my vacation.

Hotel position was excellent, rooms were very large, fabulous beds. Best thing was the staff - EXCELLENT +++

A coffeemaker, a seating area and a work desk in the room, great and incredible location.

Staff remembered my needs and provided excellent assistance.

Close to shopping location and tourist attraction

Tricky tour package offer. Hotel staff is not willing to accept your complaints or feedback when you discoverd that what they quoted you is not consistent with what you actually got from that tour package. It was our mistake that did not ask them to write down all offers into the tour paperwork to prove the deal.
